Two of the themes that I regularly blog about are humor, specifically humor cards that I inherited from my father when he died. He was a Presbyterian pastor for 40 years and kept a well-curated stack of cards with quips or anecdotes along with a notation of when he used it. I post from this stack of card every Sunday and then add a notation next to his so that it feels like a continuance and special connection with my beloved dad.
I am also very interested in the topic of confidence. What is it that enables us to reach higher or keep trying? How do we develop it and does it change over time? These are the questions that I am trying to delve into in this series.
